The 2006 Guangzhou Fair, which will cover an area of 80,000 square meters, will be held at Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center between September 1 and 4.

The 2006 "Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau Exhibition industry development Forum", The "2006 Guangzhou (International) Gifts, Toys and Crafts Show Peak Forum" and a conference concerning international brand promotion and domestic enterprises in overseas stock markets will be held during the 2006 Fair.

The Fair includes Comprehensive Exhibitions such as the "Expo of Famous and High-quality Products made in Guangzhou and Other Cities", the "Exhibition of Guangzhou City's History and Culture", an Exhibition on Specialized Products such as the "Guangzhou (International) Fire Fighting Equipment Exhibition" and the "2006 Guangzhou (International) Gifts, Toys and Crafts Show", and other activities.

A Hong Kong Special Administrative Region HKSAR exhibition area will be set up by the Hong Kong Brand Development Council and the CEPA Hong Kong Brand Development Alliance.
