The 7th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) will open on October 12th in Shenzhen, south China Guangdong province.
After 6-year's efforts, the Hi-tech fair has become an important international business event of Shenzhen city, and the 7th session is expected to build as the best Hi-Tech Fair of China, said Shenzhen Mayor Xu Zongheng.
All of China's 36 provinces are going to send their delegation to the fair and 26 universities, 21 foreign countries and international organizations as well as35 multinational companies will attend this fair. Foreign delegations have taken 35 percent of the total exhibition area, an increase of 10 percent over the fair's record.
Officials reveal that domestic enterprises, such as Huawei, ZTE, Lenovo, will display their innovation and products in the hi-tech gala, while multinational enterprises are expected to show their advanced technology.
The fair also arranges hi-tech and economic forums. Four state ministers and ten of their foreign counterparts will attend the "Ministers Forum" and 7 well-known CEO, including Vice President of Microsoft, will present the "International CEO Forum"
Hi-tech talents fair
Tens of thousands of posts, including senior ones, will be offered by about 1286 enterprises in the Hi-tech talent fair, and yearly salary of high positions exceeds 150,000 RMB, according to the organization committee.
