China beats Japan in Women's Volleyball GP

China swept Japan three sets to love to win their last match in the final round of the World Women's Volleyball Grand Prix in Sendai.

The Olympic champion stunned the hosts 25-23, 25-22, 25-23 in more than one and a half hours.

China won three matches out of five in the final round and finished third in the tournament.

Defending champions Brazil retained the title after winning over Italy 3-2.
